Licensing Rate Notes

  • Images are provided in digital format only, sized at 300 dpi, and delivered using JPG compression level 9, which is good for most output purposes.
  • Prices listed are for one image on a one-time use basis. Per-image discounts may apply for multiple images or uses or both.
  • Images are made available for internet download only after payment is received.
  • Payment is in US dollars only, and must be made by credit card (via PayPal.com), or by check.
  • Not every image can be purchased. In some cases, images may be copyrighted or trademarked (such as buildings, property, works of art), or, in the case of some people, no model release is available. If you are interested in an image with limitations, you will be notified and additional information will be provided on how permission can be obtained from the registered owner. (This is very rare.)
  • I do not license images for free, nor do I grant photo use in exchange solely for credits or link-back to my site. However, students may use images for free in school reports and such, but requests and approvals are still required.
  • Photo credit: "Cameron L. Martindell/offyonder.com" must be used for images licensed, except where expressly waived.
  • There is no special discount for non-profit organizations.
  • There is a minimum license fee of $200 for any transaction, except special-case uses
  • I am willing to barter images for products or services at my discretion.
